  • Standard Clean - Includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, dusting of fans and wiping down surfaces.

  • Deep Clean- In addition to the standard clean, this service includes cleaning of the baseboards and walls, as well as inside of appliances and kitchen cabinets.

  • Move Out/ In Clean- In addition to the deep clean, this service includes extra focus on areas specified by client.

  • The Standard Clean, Deep Clean, and Move In/ Out Cleans are based of a 1/1 layout and include the kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom.

  • The Standard Clean is for any property up to 1500 SQFT.

  • The Deep Clean and Move In/Out Cleans are for any property between 1000 and 1500 SQFT.

  • Smaller Deep Clean and Move In/ Out Clean options available.

  • Add- ons for additional square footage, bedrooms, or bathrooms available
